What is security code?

Security code is a unique set of numbers and letters that accurately identifies a bond. There is a code called “Security Code” in the “Instrument Settings” section on the Moscow Exchange website. Sometimes security code matches the ISIN code, but sometimes it differs. To add a bond to our system, you need to use the security code, not the ISIN one.

At the moment, the site can only work with ruble bonds with coupon income. If you enter a code of bonds of a different type (albeit a valid one), there will be an error - “Wrong code”.
